We originally met Craig in April 2021 with the plan to relocate to the Scottsdale, AZ area from Wisconsin. Our move was postponed until August, but Craig was readily available if I had any questions regarding the area and continually sent us updates about the market. When we first got to town, he knew we were on a mission in this crazy market to find the best home for our family as quickly as possible because of the year we had just had in response to the pandemic. He was more than ready for the challenge, had all information at hand, willing to offer his honest opinion, and truly figured out what is was we were hoping for. We found our home on day 2 of our search, which had just landed on the market, and new to our showing list that day. We placed an offer that was accepted within a few days! We closed literally 38 days later and couldn't be happier. The best thing about this transaction, is that we also found a new friend in the area! Craig is a VERY, VERY competent agent. We have bought and sold numerous homes n various states over the past 40 years. Craig was (by far) the most thorough, efficient, and quickest to respond to our numerous questions at various times (BOTH day and night). He has extensive knowledge of laws, the construction of homes, various contractors for misc. tasks, etc. We smoothly closed and Craig nicely detailed the 'œnext' steps all along the way. Craig did an awesome job both when we bought our home and when we sold it. We never thought of using anyone else for the sale. Our home sold in less than a day for more than the asking price. Craig's marketing tools are the best we've ever seen. His knowledge of the market and relationships with other agents is outstanding. My wife and I were looking for a second home in Arizona after owning a winter home/rental property in the Caribbean for over a decade. We knew nothing about Arizona other than that the climate seemed perfect. Craig Kelly was a dream to work with. He listened to what we said and always responded promptly to requests and possibly silly questions. We started the process intending to buy a resale but made the switch to a new build, partly based on our confidence in Craig's knowledge of the area (Rio Verde) and the process. We live in New Hampshire and I don't think we would have had the tolerance to build a home on the other side of the country if we weren't working with a realtor with Craig's level of local knowledge and the whole new build experience. We had issues (of course) and Craig was always there to step in and handle whatever came up. While the builders we worked with were great, it is in no small part due to Craig Kelly looking out for us that our walkthrough and closing went as smooth as silk. I have moved many times after a career in the military, and Craig is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered by a far margin. His local knowledge is impressive, and his responsiveness to any inquiry is amazing. Due to the situation concerning the sale of our home, our search in Arizona spanned over year. As we encountered obstacles in our move, Craig worked diligently to help us overcome them no matter the type of obstacle. He listens to our likes and dislikes and quickly developed an instinct for what we would like in home. He surveyed several homes for us and pinpointed the aspects that we would love and would not like. My girlfriend and I were in the area over a year ago and just wanted to look at a couple houses. We just so happened to get in touch with Craig. We met up and he showed us a couple of houses, just to get our feet wet and prepare for our move out to AZ in the coming months. We were very delightfully surprised at Craig's commitment to help us find our house. He was committed to finding the perfect house for us even though our move wasn't set in stone for months. Once I found out the date that we would be moving, Craig went above and beyond constantly sending us homes to look at and sift through. Just as we were getting a feel for what we were looking for, Craig was also keeping these things in mind and was more in tune with what we wanted than we were! Craig was so knowledgeable in details that we should be looking at closely to in searching for our house. He was also knowledgeable in the local areas and shops. He knew the best routes to take, the bad areas, the good areas, where you want to be, where you don't. The list is endless. It was so wonderful to have someone with such knowledge. It made me and my girlfriend feel at ease when searching for a home because we had such a great realtor on our side. Craig went absolutely above and beyond when helping us find a not just a house but a home. Our home. He was always there to answer our many emails, text messages, and phone calls whatever the time of day. He also had so much knowledge in negotiating, we had the upmost faith that he had OUR best interests at heart. My girlfriend and I were both first time home buyers, with honestly absolutely no knowledge on what to do at any step of the way. We were lost and nervous. Craig took all that away. Craig is the kind of real estate professional that goes above and beyond for his clients. Craig was able to show me properties on super short and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Being an out of state buyer Craig would go preview properties and send me videos with detailed notes (even on Thanksgiving morning) Once we got into escrow Craig kept us updated throughout the process and took care of all issues that popped up. For over the past year or so Craig Kelly has assisted me in my search for a replacement home in Phoenix Az area and he has weekly sent me electronic copies of hundreds of local real estate currently available for sale Within my parameters and wishes. He has maintained contact for questions and personal inspection /photos not listed in the listing. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time. Craig's professionalism, attention to detail and hard work on our behalf created a very quick and simple sales transaction. Craig listed our home for more than the market value. We sold the home for asking price on our second day of listing! Craig made the buying experience extremely simple for us. This was our first FHA purchase which could have been difficult but Craig's knowledge and interaction with us, the seller and the lender made the process enjoyable. Craig was constantly on top of all of the things that are required in successfully purchasing a home today. Craig also found us a lender that was able to save us thousand of dollars in closing costs. We will only use Craig in the future for all of our home buying needs.

This was my first experience buying a home and Craig walked me through everything. He referred one of his lenders to me and got me pre approved for a loan. He then set up a custom home search for me with everything I was looking for. I received listings from him regularly until I was ready to buy. In late February, I told him I was ready to buy and move in April. He then scheduled several property showings and within a week he found me the perfect home. He negotiated a great price (lower than what most had paid in this subdivision). In additional he got the seller to do flooring and appliance upgrades at the sellers cost. We went under contract on 3/2 with a close date of 3/31. He then negotiated needed repairs by the seller and a home warranty paid for by the seller. He let me know every step of the way what was going on, what I needed to do and what he was doing for me. He made this simply and smooth and did things I had no idea a real estate agent did for their clients. His communication was also excellent- he would call, text or email me back almost immediately when I had questions. I love my new home and believe I got amazing deal. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.- Great experience, great agent!

My wife and I relocated to the Phoenix area and we decided to purchase a home. A long time friend of ours recently purchased a home here and he had used Craig's services and strongly recommended him. We put a call in to Craig and discussed the current real estate market. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we began our search. He was very responsive to all of our inquiries and was quickly available to go view a home when asked! After owning 2 other homes, we were very specific in our requirements and we ended up finding the perfect home in East Mesa. Craig made the buying experience easy as he quickly managed every detail of the sale. He even reached out to us a couple of times after we had moved in to see how things were going! We were most impressed with his communication. A text message or a phone call were always promptly returned, even on weekends and after normal business hours! We'd highly recommend Craig to any of our friends or family for their real estate needs! Thanks for everything Craig!!!

In the last 40 years I have moved and purchased a number of homes. Craig is the most conscientious, patient and responsive real estate agent I have worked with. His attention to detail, communication and work ethic are all top notch. I highly recommend him.

Without Craigs help, the buying process would of fell apart. For a first time home buying, he walk me through every step of the process. He was on top of every detail and that really puts less work on us the buyers to get all this long process to go through. Craig is the best example on how a Realtor should work. No doubt, he is very good at his job and will recommend him any time with anyone looking for a home. Big claps and thumbs up. Very satisfied customer.

We spend 6 months in Montana and 6 months in Arizona. We started searching for a home in Arizona online and randomly picked Craig Kelly to email questions about some properties. We were totally impressed with his knowledge of the properties and the surrounding areas. He was always prompt in answering our questions. He answered questions we hadn't even thought to ask. We visited 6 properties and ended up making an offer on one the same day. The whole process was totally pain free and we credit that to Craig's attention to detail. We would definitely use him again if we were searching for another home and would recommend him to our friends.

Craig Kelly is an awesome realtor! It was such a pleasure having Craig as our realtor to find our dream home. My fiance' and I feel fortunate to have worked with Craig and we highly recommend him to everyone! Craig is professional but also very personable. We found his wife, Cindy, to be the same and they make a wonderful team. Craig looked into every question we had and got the answer to us quickly, found us our home sticking to our budget, held our hand patiently through a difficult and challenging negotiation and found us the perfect mortgage broker for our situation. Craig kept in constant contact with us and the broker all way through to closing. As we sit in our beautiful new home, we feel so grateful to Craig. When doing business, we often feel we are not treated as the customer. But Craig Kelly spoiled us and we very much feel like an important customer and friend. WOW! Craig is the man! To say that my wife and I are extremely happy would be an understatement! I would recommend Craig to anybody. Craig spent so much time with us. He was very thorough, organized, enthusiastic, punctual, and attended to all our wants and needs and made the process so smooth and easy. What impressed us the most is that he knew more about the homes we were interested in than the listing agents did. He was able to keep us under budget while finding everything we wanted in a home and more. We are incredibly happy with our new home. Craig did not skip a beat. I could not have imagined going with anyone else. Best experience we have ever had. We will be recommending Craig to everyone.

We recently purchased a condo for our son with a very short closing time frame. Craig was on top of every step in the process to ensure we were able to close on time. Craig helped me find a home when real estate was a seller's market. I traveled from out of state on a weekend --after several agents were unable to help me Craig came thru. Craig was patient with my schedule and deligent in helping me find the home that best fit the criteria I provided. I feel that his knowledge and guidance helped me make the offer I need to make to win the house I wanted in a reasonable timeline.
